We encountered many issues during our stay. The bathroom faucet was so loose that it was practically unusable. Furthermore, we were left waiting for towels that never arrived, leading to a frustrating check-out. To top it off, the breakfast selection was depleted half an hour before it was supposed to end, forcing us to find food elsewhere.

The gym was impressive. the staff was super friendly, always greeting us with smiles. loved the heated indoor pool, although it was busy during our stay.
